If you’re having trouble controlling your emotions, try doing some daily tasks with your non-dominant hand. By doing things like brushing your teeth, opening the door, and turning off light switches, you can unlock certain parts of your brain that you never used before. You’re forcing your brain to work and look at things differently, which will ultimately increase your brain power, and give you much better control over your emotions.
