YOUR DAILY HACKS 💡

356. Don’t Fall for the "Clinically Proven" Trap! 🕵️‍♂️

Here’s the truth: "clinically proven" is all about marketing.

When a product says it’s "clinically proven," it just means the company conducted its own private study. That’s it!

These studies are often designed to show the results the company wants, not necessarily what’s true or beneficial for you.

It’s like the company saying, "Trust us, we checked our own homework!"

On the other hand, when something is "scientifically proven," that’s a different story.

It means the research has been published, peer-reviewed, and scrutinized by experts outside the company.

Make sure you’re aware of the difference between these two sayings.

357. The 10-10-10 Rule for Stress 🧘‍♀️

Stress has a way of turning even the smallest issues into massive, all-consuming problems. But before you let stress take over, try the 10-10-10 rule.

It’s simple but powerful: when you’re faced with a stressful situation, ask yourself three questions:

  1. Will this matter in 10 days?

  2. How about 10 months?

  3. And what about 10 years from now?

This trick doesn’t solve your problems, but it helps put them into perspective.

Often, you’ll realize that what’s stressing you out now is something you won’t even remember a few months down the line.

358. Supercharge Your Skills with Daily Practice! 🎯

Imagine you’re trying to master a new skill—whether it’s learning to play the piano, speak a new language, or become a coding wizard.

Most of us start with a weekly practice schedule, which is great, but here’s a game-changing tip: bump it up to daily practice.

If you go from practicing weekly to daily, you’ll see 7 years of progress in just 1 year! I’ll say that again… SEVEN YEARS OF PROGRESS IN JUST ONE YEAR!

But it gets even better: if you can focus on getting just 1% better every day, you’re setting yourself up for what’s essentially 54 years of progress in just one year.

That’s because small improvements build on each other, creating exponential growth. It’s like watching your savings grow with interest—only in this case, you’re investing in your own abilities.
