Hereās the truth: "clinically proven" is all about marketing.
When a product says itās "clinically proven," it just means the company conducted its own private study. Thatās it!
These studies are often designed to show the results the company wants, not necessarily whatās true or beneficial for you.
Itās like the company saying, "Trust us, we checked our own homework!"
On the other hand, when something is "scientifically proven," thatās a different story.
It means the research has been published, peer-reviewed, and scrutinized by experts outside the company.
Make sure youāre aware of the difference between these two sayings.

Stress has a way of turning even the smallest issues into massive, all-consuming problems. But before you let stress take over, try the 10-10-10 rule.
Itās simple but powerful: when youāre faced with a stressful situation, ask yourself three questions:
Will this matter in 10 days?
How about 10 months?
And what about 10 years from now?
This trick doesnāt solve your problems, but it helps put them into perspective.
