When creating or updating a password, choose a secret word or number series—like "duck" (you can pick anything that’s memorable for you).

Add this secret word to the end of every password you write down, but NEVER write the word itself on paper.

So, if your password is "NotRe@lPassw0rd" it becomes "NotRe@lPassw0rdDuck" when you actually use it.

Even if someone gets their hands on your password list or if your password manager is compromised, they won’t have the full password without knowing your secret word.

Simply measure three fingers' length from the top of your wrist.

Once you've found the spot, apply gentle pressure with your thumb.
