Ever notice milk goes bad faster than expected? It’s often because of accidental contamination.
Every time you touch the inside of the cap, or drink from the jug, or set the lid down on a dirty surface, you introduce bacteria that speed up spoilage.
In science labs, when they study milk (yes, that’s actually a thing) they use something called the aseptic technique—a fancy words for keeping things germ-free.
Basically, you just need to keep your milk cold, and don’t come in contact with anything that touches the milk (I.E. the cap).
By keeping these microbes out, your milk can stay fresh 3–4 days longer and taste better.

But I have a simple solution... Text yourself!
Text yourself whatever you want to remember and don’t open it until the next day.
I may be forgetful in the morning, but there’s one thing that I NEVER forget to do, and that’s to check my emails and text messages.
BOOM! Brain is back on track and remembering things in the AM.
How to Make It Even Better (Personal Touches)
Use Emojis & Keywords – A text saying “Important!” might get ignored, but “Morning Goal: Call John about stocks” grabs attention.
Schedule It! – If you don’t trust yourself to resist opening it early, use your phone’s scheduling feature (like iPhone’s “Remind When Messaging” or Google Messages’ “Schedule Send”).
Pair It With a Routine – Set your reminder to pop up when you’re having your morning coffee or right before you check your emails.
