Staying at a hotel with a mini bar? Be cautious! Some hotel mini bars now have sensors that charge you as soon as you move an item.

These sensors work by detecting the weight and position of each item, and even a slight disturbance can trigger a charge.

To avoid paying for snacks or drinks you didn’t consume, always check your bill before you leave. It could save you from unnecessary charges and a lot of frustration.

Want your sponges to last longer? Pop them in the microwave for 2 minutes after you use them.
