443. Budgeting With Percentages

Struggling with budgeting your funds?

When making purchases, think of the price as a percentage of your bank account.

Want that new tech gadget, sure it's may be only $100 but what seems worse is if it's 20% of your funds until payday.

444. Boost Your Metabolism By 30%

We all know that getting enough water is essential for staying healthy, but did you know it can actually boost your metabolism too?

Drinking 2 cups of COLD water on an empty stomach has recently been proven to boost your metabolism by up to 30%.

445. Who or Whom?

Ever get confused about when to use "who" and "whom"?

Here's a simple trick: think of "who/whom" as "he/him." If you can substitute "he" in your sentence, then "who" is correct.

If "him" fits, then go with "whom." For example, "Who is calling?" becomes "He is calling," so "who" is right.

"To whom are you speaking?" changes to "You are speaking to him," so "whom" is the correct choice.
